James A. Urbanski

James A. Urbanski, 87, of 10247 Rt. 120, Emporium, PA died peacefuly at his residence with his companion & pastor at his side on Tuesday (June 2, 2015) morning following a lengthy illness. He was born June 4, 1927 in Munson, PA a son of the late Conrad and Bertha Drobnak Urbanski.

Mr. Urbanski served with the US Army in the Asiatic Theatre during WW II. He retired from Sylvania after over 38 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He was a volunteer at the Emporium Senior Center & delivered Meals on Wheels. He enjoyed dining with Pat at the Buttonwood, gardening, watching wildlife especially deer and birds. He loved to ride his motorcycle.

Son: Daniel Urbanski, Chattsworth, California 
Son: Stephen Urbanski, Pittsburgh 
2 Grandchildren: Justin & Brian Lee 
Companion: Patricia Jones, Emporium 

Preceded in Death By Parents: Conrad and Bertha Drobnak Urbanski
 3 Brothers: Ray, Fredie and Robert Urbanski 
3 Sisters: Mary Mahoney, Emma Nasca & Anna Browne 

A Celebration of life and time of sharing will be at held the Barnett Funeral Home, 207 E. Fourth Street, Emporium, PA on Thursday at 2:00 PM concluding in prayer at 4:00 PM with Rev. Andrew Johnson, Pastor, First Baptist Church, officiating. 

Burial will be in the Reidy Cemetery, Wallaceton, PA 

Memorial Contributions may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
