Samuel DeMark, 90, of Guy & Mary Felt Manor, Emporium, PA
died at the Manor on Tuesday (December 23, 2014) evening following a lengthy illness.
He was born October 6, 1924 in Austin, PA a son of the late Dominic and Lena Perry DeMark.
He married the late Mary Zelenz DeMark.
Mr. DeMark graduated from Austin High School. He served with the US Army during WW II as a mechanic stationed mainly in Alberta, Canada. He retired from Motor Coil in Emporium where he worked as a truck driver for many years. He was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church. Sam enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed all wildlife.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at the St. Mark Catholic Church, 235 East Fourth Street, Emporium, PA on Saturday (December 27, 2014) at 1:00 PM with Rev. Paul S. Siebert, Pastor, as Celebrant.
Visitation will be at the Barnett Funeral Home on Saturday, two hours prior to the Service.
Burial will be in the St. Mark Catholic Cemetery, Emporium, PA
