Saturday October 18 will mark the second running of the
Sinnemahone 50k. The deadline for
registration is set for Saturday October 5.
“Participant numbers are equaling the inaugural race last year,”
according to race director, Craig Hudson.
The winner of the first race, Dave Champion from Canada will return to
defend his title.
Registrations can be dropped off at the Cameron County
Chamber of Commerce office. Online
registrations can be submitted at www.ultrasignup.com. New this year will be a trophy called the
Caldwell Cup. Cameron County residents
who finish first in the 25k and 50k will be awarded the unique trophy named for
the Caldwell Corporation.
Other events planned that day include a ribbon cutting for
the West Creek Rails to Trails at 3pm, and the fall flea market. Deadline to sign up for a spot for the flea
market is October 10.
