* LOCATIONS...THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS AND LAUREL MOUNTAINS. 
 
* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW. 
 
* ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES. 
 
* TIMING...THE BULK OF THE SNOW WILL FALL DURING THE AFTERNOON 
AND SHOULD TAPER OFF BY EARLY EVENING. 
 
* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE SLOWED DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS. 
 
* WINDS...SOUTH 5 TO 10 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH. 
 
* TEMPERATURES...13 TO 23.
