George R. Overly, 85, of DuBois Nursing Home, DuBois, PA formerly of Emporium and Stahlstown, PA died at DuBois Nursing Home in DuBois on Tuesday (October 8, 2013) morning.
He was born February 8, 1928 in Donegal, PA a son of the late Isaac and Ivy Shawley Overly.
On October 11, 1952 in Maryland he married Elizabeth Cramer Overly.
Mr. Overly served with the US Army during WW II. He worked for many years a as a truck driver.

There will be No Visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service to be held at the Deeper Waters Ministries 37 West Fifth Street, Emporium, PA on Monday (October 14, 2013) at 11:00 AM with Rev. James Eastman, Pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in the Porch Cemetery, Stahlstown, PA
