Richard L. McAulay




Richard L. McAulay, 77, of 460 E. Second St., Emporium, PA died at Elk Regional Health Center, St. Marys on Tuesday (August 20, 2013) morning.  He was born October 6, 1935 in Emporium, PA a son of the late John Junior and Mary Felton McAulay.
In Emporium he married Mary Lou Huntington McAulay, who survives

Mr. McAulay graduated from Emporium High School. He served with the US Navy during the Korean War. He worked at Cameron Manufacturing and later at Cameron County Memorial Hall. He was involved with Cameron County Little League for many years. He enjoyed outdoors, hunting, fishing, the Pirates and the Steelers.

Daughter: Barbara Wilson and husband Ken, South Carolina
Daughter: Brenda Auman and husband Scott, South Carolina
4 Grandchildren: Amanda Pollard, Amber Sullivan, Mindy Botlock & Brandon Auman
One Great Grandson
Sister: Betty Phillips and her husband Paul, Palm Bay, FL
Brother: Jack McAulay and his wife Linda, Emporium
Sister: Mary Jo Kahnell and husabnd Rick, Emporium
 
Preceded in Death By
Parents: John Junior and Mary Felton McAulay
 
Visitation with video Tribute will be at the Barnett Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5-8 PM.
Funeral Service will be held at the Barnett Funeral Home, 207 E. Fourth Street, Emporium on Thursday (August 22, 2013) at 11:00 AM with Rev. Joseph Short, Pastor, First United Methodist Church, officiating. A Military Service will be accorded by the Cameron County Memorial Detail.
 
Burial will be in the Newton Cemetery, Emporium, Pennsylvania
