Come and learn about the Strong Women program!
 
Elk Regional Health Center, working with the Penn State Cooperative Extension and DuBois Regional Medical Center, to bring the Strong Women Program to St. Marys and Emporium again this fall!
We will be holding a  free orientation meeting on  August 20 at 8:30 a.m. at the Cameron County Recreation Center, 300 Chestnut Street in Emporium
 
In Emporium, classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 a.m. at the Cameron County Recreation Center. Classes in Emporium begin on Sept. 3.  Classes will be held twice per week for 12 weeks. Gette Bardo will be the Strong Women site leader.
 
Up-to-date nutrition and health information will be included in each session. Cost for participants is $80 ... but if you're registered by August 23, the cost is just $60! Online registration is available by clicking here.
