Weather Advisory

The risk for severe weather continues across the southeast tonight, including the risk for isolated tornadoes as a line of storms continues to march eastward. Back to the northwest, Winter Storm and Blizzard Warnings are in effect from Oklahoma and Texas all the way to Maine as a strong winter storm is forecast to drop over a foot of snow in some spots between this evening and the weekend.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for

LAPORTE

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM WEDNESDAY TO 7 AM EST THURSDAY...
* LOCATIONS...THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS OF PENNSYLVANIA.
* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW.
* ACCUMULATIONS...8 TO 12 INCHES OF SNOW.
* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN DURING THE MID-DAY HOURS ON WEDNESDAY
AND CONTINUE HEAVY AT TIMES INTO WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE SNOW WILL
TAPER TO SNOW SHOWERS LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
