Flags Lowered On Saturday to Honor Major Thomas E. Clark

Gov. Tom Corbett has ordered all U.S. and Pennsylvania Flags at the Capital Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Cameron County lowered to half-staff on Saturday in honor of U.S. Air Force Major Thomas E. Clark of Emporium. Clark, a pilot, was shot down over Vietnam in February 1969. His remains were recently identified and returned ot the U.S. and will be interred on Saturday. All Pennsylvanians are invited to join in the tribute.
