All three occupants of a 2005 Subaru Legacy were wearing seat belts and escaped serious injury when the vehicle rolled over 4 times on May Hollow Road in Shippen Township on Sunday at 6:30 pm.
Timothy R. Cowell, 23, of Emporium, PA was driving south on May Hollow Road when he lost control on the soft shoulder while driving downhill around a curve in the roadway. His Subaru left the west side of the roadway and rolled 4 times before coming to final rest.
Cowell and passenger Ryan H. Bainey, 22, of Emporium sustained minor injuries, but declined transport by Emporium Ambulance. Passenger Hanna J. Johnson, 20, of Driftwood was not injured.
Cowell will be cited for Driving Too Fast For Conditions.
