Mary M. Williams, 87, of 880 Rich Valley Rd., Emporium formerly of Driftwood died at her residence on Sunday (December 12, 2010) evening.
She was born September 27, 1923 in Pittsburgh a daughter of the late Joseph and Beatrice Morgan. On April 17, 1958 in Pittsburgh she married the late James E. Williams, Sr.
Mrs. Williams graduated from South Hills High School in the class of 1941. Years ago, while residing in Pittsburgh, she was the manager of a Poultry grocery store. She was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church.
Surviving are three sons, James and Tawnie Williams of Emporium, and Joseph and Joyce Williams of Driftwood, Robert Grief of Sterling Run, and a daughter Mary Williams of Dubois. Eight grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
She was preceded in death by parents Joseph and Beatrice Morgan and husband
James E. Williams, Sr. who died May 31, 2005, and two brothers Joseph and Leo Morgan.
Visitation will be at the Barnett Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4-6 PM.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at the St. Mark Catholic Church, Emporium on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at 10:30 AM with Rev. Paul S. Siebert, Pastor, as Celebrant. Burial will be in the St. Mark Catholic Cemetery, Emporium, Pennsylvania
