New Terms and Conditions for Fire Hall Rental

Attention any one wishing to rent the Emporium Vol Fire Dept Banquet room(s).

Some time last fall the EVFD members voted on a new set of rules for ANYONE (member/ non member) to rent the fire hall. This came from years of misuse and misunderstandings.

Below is a new rule pamphlet to guide anyone wishing to rent the building. Bev Farren is no longer in charge of the hall rental, so if you call her, she "SHOULD" be telling you to call Carrie Wenner at 814-562-0522.

We are asking for checks or money orders ONLY. *** NO CASH***. All checks should be made out to the Emporium Vol Fire Dept. please put in memo "Hall Rental". Also when you meet with Carrie you should be filling out a form, which is also below. This confirms that you understand the rules which you are asked to follow.

If you have any questions please feel free to stop at the fire hall any Tuesday night, comment here, send a message (may not happen same day) and some one will point you in the right direction.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation with us at EVFD.
