* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches, with localized amounts up to 8 inches in the higher elevations, and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 9 PM EST Tuesday. Snow will begin this evening and early tonight. It will mix with sleet and freezing rain on Tuesday.
