On January 22, 2019, Joseph A. Malizia, the youngest attorney of Malizia & Malizia, P.C. Law Firm, had the honor and privilege of being sworn into the United States District Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania in a ceremony conducted by the Honorable Susan P. Baxter.
Joseph was sworn-in upon motion by his father, Paul J. Malizia, who, over thirty years prior, had been sworn in to the same court upon motion of his father Joseph J. Malizia.
