BrockwayCAT is the first replication of the highly successful Manchester Bidwell Corporation in a rural setting. The primary focus is to provide people an opportunity for success. Brockway Center for Arts and Technology, BrockwayCAT, is a 501(c) 3 organization established to provide job training to unemployed and underemployed adults and to inspire youth through the arts. BrockwayCAT is an affiliate of National Center for Arts & Technology (NCAT). This is the first rural initiative by Manchester Bidwell.

Brockway Center for Arts and Technology(BCAT) opened in May 2013. An affiliate of the National Center for Arts and Technology and the Manchester-Bidwell Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA, BCAT is the first NCAT center to serve a rural community. The center serves Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, Cameron, McKean, Clarion, and Potter counties. BCAT was established to expose high school students to the arts and to provide job training to unemployed and underemployed adults for no cost to the students.
