Sigmonda D. "Ziggy" Catalone

Sigmonda D. "Ziggy" Catalone, 81, of 319 Spring St., Emporium, PA died at Guy & Mary Felt Manor, Emporium, PA on Saturday (June 7, 2014) morning. She was born November 10, 1932 in Force, PA a daughter of the late Stanley and Virginia Ritacheska Visneski. On November 6, 1954 in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Force, PA she married Gabrielle "Paul" Catalone, who survives.

Mrs. Catalone graduated from the former Weedville High School. She retired from Motor Coil after 28 years of employment. Ziggy enjoyed spending time with her children & grandchildren, playing cards, shopping, cooking and baking. She had an avid love for bingo. Years ago she bowled and played softball.

Surviving In addition to her husband Gabrielle "Paul" Catalone Son: Dave Catalone and his wife Marcia, Crosby Son: Ronnie Catalone and his wife Mary Ann, Emporium Son: Dale Catalone and his wife Debbie, Emporium Son: Jerry Catalone and his wife Julie, Emporium Daughter: Lisa, Mrs. David Brown, Emporium 20 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Granddaughter Brother: Walt Visneski and his wife Barb, Costello

Preceded in Death By Parents: Stanley and Virginia Rickacheski Visneski Son: Donnie Catalone in Dec. 1984 3 Brothers: Edward, Stan & Vince Visneski 5 Sisters: Bertha Myers, Felchia Hoffman, Grace Berasi, Virginia Benevich &  Theophila in infancy

Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at the St. Mark Catholic Church, 235 East Fourth Street, Emporium, PA on Tuesday (June 10, 2014) at 10:30 AM with Rev. Paul S. Siebert, Pastor, as Celebrant. Visitation with Video Tribute will be at the Barnett Funeral Home on Monday from 5-8 PM Burial will be in the St. Mark Catholic Cemetery, Emporium, PA
