Spend Time with the Birds
The Sinnemahone
50k may be a bit too far to run, but Saturday October 19 when runners take off
after Jim Kempher blasts his cannon, Mark Johnson will lead a group on a bird
walk. The free event will begin at 8:00 am at the Cameron County Chamber of
Commerce office. Participants will carpool to Cameron County High
School.
Walkers will
explore the nature hike that begins at the Cameron County High School and travel
along a stream for about one mile. Dress for the weather, bring your binoculars
and enjoy a relaxing walk! While it is not necessary to RSVP, participants are
encouraged to contact the chamber office at 814-486-4314.
