An Emporium man was charged with Harassment by State Police after an incident with a Bradford woman on Plank Road Hollow in Shippen Township, Cameron County at 5:39 am on Saturday.
John Kirkman, 48, of Emporium, PA, is alleged to have pushed Sharon Fitzsimmons, 48, of Bradford, PA, and then slammed her head into the floor repeatedly.
Kirkman will answer the charge in District Court.
