State Police at Emporium have filed Criminal Mischief charges and various traffic infractions against two individuals for a previously reported incident at the Bucktail Rod & Gun Club.
Cody Joe Reisinger, 18, of Austin, PA, and Daniel Thomas Hutton, 20, of Emporium were charged in District Court.
